Top Ten Workouts

We are now officially in spring season so you know what that means spring break!!!!!! “Lean It Up” has composed a list that will surely get you the hot beach body you have been dreaming of getting since the beginning of the year.

Some of the top workouts include: The Dumbbell Swing, The Dip Set and of course Squats.
