The Paleo diet is a modern-day eating plan based on the diet of Paleolithic humans.
The Paleo diet consists mainly of fish, grass-fed raised meats, eggs, vegetables, fruit, fungi, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, potatoes, refined salt, refined sugar, and processed oils. Some benefits of this diet include better sleeping habits, reduced allergies, and more stamina for longer workouts
